其次章 班子 Chapter II Members of the Alliance 第十条：成员国资本 Article 5: Membership 5.1“丝体联”成员介绍为兼有专升本或及以上教师队伍建设执证的大学本科或的教育部门。 5.1 Members of the association shal🃏l be universities (﷽sports departments) or educational institutions with bachelor's degree or above.
最后条：申请加入制度化 Article 6: Join Condition 6.1“丝体联”建起高职高专院校为“丝体联”的创立队员。 6.1 Universꦛities that initiate the alliance are the founding members of the alliance.
6.2有心下载“丝体联”ꦆ的其他高等学校有权女女秘书处要求申請，由女女秘书处征得名誉会长长院校征求意见，超越2/3的名誉会长长院校根据后🍷即时生效。 6.2 Other universities interested in joining the alli🌃ance may apply to the secretariat of the alliance, which shall solicit the opinions of the routine council members of the alliance, then can join after over 2/3 of their agree.
第五条：成员名单权益 Article 7: Membership rights “丝体联”成員可拥有下面选举权： Members of the alliance have the following rights.
7.1用“丝体联”的共用图片信息及资源的。 7.1 Use💝 the alliance's Shared information and resources.

8.1自觉性谨遵“丝体联”规章，保护“丝体联”实力。 8.1 Consciously abide by the constitution of association and maintain the reputation of t♐h♚e alliance.
8.2主动到落到位一些加盟文章，直接向加盟方沟通技巧光于新信息。 8.2 Actively implemenಌt relevant cooperation and comm🎃unicate with partners. 8.3致远的合作，不妨碍“丝体联”公信力或集体利益。 8.3 Sincere cooperation without prejudice to the int♎erests or reputation of other alliance universities.
第三点章 公司组织 Chapter III organizational structure 九条 成員会议 Article 9: General Meeting of Members
9.1“丝体联”设为班子代表会，只要每2-一年举行次。 9.1 The alliance shall set up members assembly, at least once every 2-3 years.
9.2 班子介绍多而由全体人员班子介绍组成的，一个班子介绍厂家应不少于所选是一名代替参加国。 9.2 The General Meeting of Members🐼 shalꩵl consist of all members and each member unit shall appoint at least one representative to attend.
第10条：理事长会 Article 10: General Meeting of Members
10.1“丝体联”设常务执行主席会，作为一个每天行政决策组织 ，每届任其10年，有增选及退场新机制。 10.1 The alliance has a Standing Council, which is the decision-making body, with🍬 a five-year term of office and a mechanism for co-option and withdrawal.
10.2理事会会应及时深入推进“丝体联”成员名单间的舒适合作共赢，进行对应聊天行动。 10.2 Standing council shall actively promote fr♊iendly cooperation among members and organize re🦩levant exchange activities.
10.3常务专家会应采用友好关系和解的方法计划和编辑“丝体联”流程。 10.3 Standing coun🐷cil shaꦫll be responsible for formulating and amending the constitution of association through consultation.

11.1“丝体联”设秘书长长组织及多个副秘书长长组织。 11.1 The alliance shall have a president unit and several vice-president units.

12.2“丝体联”文秘处加设成都休育运动员工，其开机运行保险费用由成都休育运动员工承接筹备。 12.2 The Secretariat of the alliance is located at the Xi'an Physical Education university🐻ℱ，which is responsible for financing and its running costs.
第六这三条：比较检查员 Article 13： Special observers
13.1为推动“丝体联”进步，可延🐲聘具备着祟高的社会公众形象，并且还为高级军事体育幼教展览进🎃行合作产生良好功劳的专业、研究者、健身教练员、中长跑员成为“丝体联”尤其关察员。 13.1 Experts, scholars, coaches and athletes of high social standing who have made ouꦬtstanding contributions to international cooperation in higher physical education may be recruited as special observers for the development of the alliance.

17.1可协作成功举办信息技术自主创新技能大赛、文化艺术创意交谈营、过了🔜暑假项目流程、体育教育技能大赛、艺术创意节等各项生活，提高自己“丝体联”盟校老师和学生间的交谈与情谊。 17.1 Alliance universities may cooperate to hold sports science and technology innovation competition, sports cultu🔜re exchange camp, sports certification project, sports competition, art festival and other activities to enhance the exchanges and friendship between teachers and students of the alliance universities. 17.2“丝体联”三层架构下的几大类文明沟通技巧过程应充分体现机会均等相互信任的的基本原🦄则，采取共同一个国家与地方的人民与伊斯兰教饮食习惯。 17.2 Cultural communication activities within the framework of the alliance shall follow the principle of equ🎉ality and mutual trust and the ethnic and religious customs of their respective countries and regions.

2.10条：部位及专业化子聯盟 Article 20: Regional and Professional Sub-Unions 20.1“丝体联”各盟校可据各有配合意项，在“丝体联”♑骨架下整合产品化、有优势的区域环境或技术配合子联盟名字。 20.1 Alliance universities may, according to their respective cooperation inteඣntions, construct diversified and distinctive regional or professional cooperative sub-alliances within the alliance framework.
20.2各子聯盟可存在单独的流程，但应按照本流程的关键原理与精神是什么。 20.2 Each sub-association may have its own constitution but shall be governed by the basic🔜 principles and spirit of this constitu🦹tion.
第七章 附 则 Chapter V Supplementary Provisions 二11条：此章程须经“丝体联”常任理事长会决议在，并需给列席“丝体联”成员英文宣布🀅♚，自宣布判决书生效日起判决书生效。 Article 21😼: This Constitut♎ion shall be approved by the standing Council of the Federation and shall be published to all members of the Federation and shall take effect from the date of publication.
